Struggle to complete thousands of small uncomfortable acts that you know are necessary for your success. It adds up over time. Be disciplined in doing the things that you CAN DO. Are you unable or unwilling to do the work…? YOU CAN. You are afraid to. Act. Act and be aware of your actions as you are acting… Say to yourself, “I am doing ________ right now…” Where would you be today if you had been disciplined doing the uncomfortable work, starting ten years ago? Keep your goals and what is necessary to achieve them in mind in the morning and before bed. Then, when it is time to do the work, keep track of what you do from moment to moment. Ask yourself what am I DOING right now? Look at yourself. What are you DOING. Do the work and enjoy the satisfaction of being conscious as you do, over and over, thousands of times.
